This is for the client who wants minimal involvement past selecting material and design. Cost + 30% - Tag Team! Client is responsible for 50% of the management. Cost + 20% - Get your hands dirty! Client is responsible for project management. Our vendors, material distributors, as well as our volume discount are available to you. Cost + Texas will provide and administer our Cost + Texas Client Packet. Cost + 10% - Material only. Great value for the do-it-yourselfers!!!
