The Addiction Exchange founded in 1994 to provide you and your love ones customized effective individual evaluation and treatment for alcohol, cocaine, opiate, marijuana, medication, meth amphetamine, smoking and other substance use addictions. Dr. Daniel Minerva, a psychologist, is currently providing all addiction evaluation and treatment. He also provides a similarly high quality of evaluation and treatment for persons who are experiencing anxiety, mood, obsessive-compulsive, phobias and/or posttraumatic stress disorder. Daniel began counseling as a orderly on a acute psychiatric inpatient unit at Presbyterian Hospital, San Francisco during the 1970's.
