The goal of the office has always tried to avoid a punitive approach as it will not benefit our client or the others involved, whether it is the other spouse, parent, or the child. The firm has limited it practice to matrimonial and family law prior to my involvement to the present; the focus has always been on being active in and adding to profession through various bar associations. We have always looked for the more reasonable and practical approach to getting issues resolved, keeping in mind that the creative approach can usually get a result that our client can live and thrive with.
