The Select Physical Therapy - Mt Juliet office is located at 5002 Crossing Circle. This location has an experienced team of therapists that provide preventative and rehabilitative services that increase functionality while promoting well-being in a comfortable outpatient setting (no inpatient or in-home therapy services). The team is respected for providing high-quality clinical care, excellent patient communication, complete and timely communication to physicians and case managers, patient education programs, convenient locations and prompt appointment availability. The office has the following programs and services: Adult Neurologic Rehabilitation, Athletic Training Services, Fitness Program, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Hand Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Orthotics, Osteoporosis Management, Physical Therapy, PrePlacement/Post Offer Screens, Return-to-Work Program, Sports Medicine, TMJ Dysfunction Program, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Work Conditioning, and Wound Care. Each patient receives an individualized treatment plan to achieve their specific goals.
