Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling and Evaluations. Platte River Counseling Professionals, LLC is an outpatient counseling center that focuses on mental health and substance abuse needs for all ages. We provide evaluations, individual, marital family counseling. Location: In the Workforce Building. Entrance is on the south side of building. Please park in the private parking lot on the south side of the buidling. Platte River Counseling accepts the following insurance but not limited to Medicaid, Medicare, UPRES, United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Coventry, Tri-Care, Nebraska Probation Voucher System, EAPs and self pay.
