Sean Lai, MD

About

Dr. Sean Lai graduated from the California Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He obtained his MD from the Washington University of St. Louis School of Medicine. He completed the General Surgery Residency Program in the University of Washington at Seattle, followed by a two year residency program in Internal Medicine and another three year specialty fellowship in Gastroenterology at the UCLA affiliated Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Lai is board certified in both Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. In addition to his private practice, he is a clinical assistant professor, and has been teaching endoscopy to UCLA gastroenterology fellows at the GI Clinic of UCLA / VA Medical Center in Los Angeles and UCLA / Harbor General Hospital in Carson over the last 20 years.
