Plymouth Psych Group is a mental health clinic that believes in a holistic attitude towards the treatment of mental illness. Our general approach to mental health treatment is to help people establish their goals, attain them and feel better in the process. We have a great group of well-trained competent clinicians, with affiliations to the University of Minnesota and other major hospitals and clinics in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area. Our services include providing individual, family, couples and group therapy. In addition to psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and diagnostic assessments we offer Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCBT) groups and objective cognitive assessments. Our clientele comprises of all age ranges (children, adolescents and adults). We focus on customized treatment options to meet each individual’s needs and preferences. Our area of expertise include (but are not limited) to treatment of the following disorders; Depressive disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD, ADD), Autism Spectrum Disorders, Behavior Problems, Bipolar Disorders, Anger issues, Disruptive Behavioral Disorders, Eating Disorders, Emotional Dysregulation Problems, Learning Disabilities, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD), Psychotic Symptoms (visual and auditory hallucinations), School Avoidance / Refusal and related issues, Severe Mood Dysregulation, and Sleep related problems.
