Helping Hands Gym, "Bringing Fitness and Families Faced with Autism & Developmental Special Needs Together" We provide Physical, Adaptive, and Cognitive fitness programs exclusively designed for individuals and families that are face with Autism and Developmental Needs. Helping Hands Gym is structured and staffed to assess individuals with special behavioral and physical needs characteristic of Autism, ADD, ADHA, Aspergers and Down Syndrome...it is our mission to provide the appropriate specialized instruction exclusive to this community of Special Needs individuals.
