We own and manage 22 units in 3 separate buildings called Brentwood 1, Brentwood 2 and Prairie House apartments in Arlington, SD. Most of our units are renovated or in the process of being updated. In 15 units utilities are included and some are pet friendly. These apartments are quiet and peaceful. We do our best to help our tenants be comfortable and happy.
