About
My unique approach is perfect for any yoga stage. From first time students to advanced level students. I guide you to move at your own pace, respecting your body's limits in each movement. Rob started is yoga practice at the early age of 11 and began teaching in High School. At the age of 16 Robert started doing demonstrations and lectures at Colleges, High Schools, and community Centers. Robert has obtained multiple degree's & Certifications: A.S Culinary, Personal Trainer Certification, Yoga Instructor Certification
