Urban Athlete’s mission is to help people reach their fitness goals through innovative training programs that combine solid fitness and nutrition plans. Urban Athlete was founded as an alternative to the mass marketing of personal training and classes. Our goal is to create personal exercise and nutrition programs that are as unique as each individual client.
