I have rented from this company and they rarely answer requests, and when you follow up and get an attitude from the staff. I am not at all impressed and believe if you are paying rent you should be able to call if there are issues with the building or tenants. They also charge some residents for pets, and others nothing for them. They do not keep up the yard areas, mowing is where it ends. If you are looking for a decent place to live and decent customer service in return for your hard earned money, don't rent from these guys.
