I am Irving M. Kriegsman, a Registered Patent Attorney, a member of the Massachusetts bar and a former Examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. I have over 40 years of experience in the patent field, which includes 5 years with the U.S. government, 10 years in corporate practice and over 25 years in private practice. I have considerable experience preparing, filing and prosecuting patent applications for corporations and independent inventors in the U.S. and in foreign countries. I also have extensive experience in preparing, filing and prosecuting trademark and copyright applications, conducting patent and trademark searches, drafting and negotiating patent, trademark and copyright agreements, providing patent opinions and advising clients in various intellectual property matters.
