Rheumatology is not your typical medical specialty. And Dr. Dolatabadi is not your typical doctor. She does not limit herself to traditional medical treatments, either. Her practice philosophy is to use whatever she can to help the patient – nutrition, activity, meditation, mindfulness, inner strength and prescription medications when necessary. She looks at each patient as a whole person – physically, emotionally and spiritually. Dr. Dolatabadi is a good listener, extremely compassionate and open-minded. She believes that proper nutrition and physical activity are the keys to helping patients develop, value and benefit from a healthy lifestyle. She helps patients eat right and choose the best exercise for their condition. Most of all, she helps them find relief from their pain and restores their function.
