Flower Perfect started as a passion for beautiful flowers and foliages that turned into a small home based business in 1987. The enterpreneur, Patria O. Ballard having limited access to exquisite selection of silk flowers in the local market, innovated to create her own hand painted, hand made silk flowers and foliages to fill the need. Real life silk flower products turned into elegant flower arrangements such as topiaries, holiday decorations, party favors and the likes.
