I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in EMDR and in uses of storytelling and drama as a form of self-expression, creativity and social connection, I love working with young actors with diverse ways of interacting including youth on the Autism Spectrum and with Anxiety, highly sensitive, ADHD and social a desire for but have some barriers to social connection. I work with groups of adults of all ages using Plaback Stortelling which is a fun way to tell and playback peoples' life stories -- playful,! Insightful and delightful! Using the body, words, sound that capture the essence of a story on the spot. Improvisation using creative forms used nationally and internationally by thousands. I collaborate with Braima Moiwa to offer Healing Drum Circles - fun and also many health benefits. EMDR is backed by tons of reserach as an effective method to rapidly resolve stress and trauma.
