We have two offices, one in Crescent City and one in East Palatka. We offer yearly checkups, in-office blood cancer screening, allergy testing and treatment, cardiovascular checkups, DOT examinations, Medicare wellness exams, non-narcotic topical analgesia, and many other services which are included on our website. We can come to you at home or at your Assisted Living Facility. It is our duty to serve you.
