If you are looking for kids yoga classes or Mommy and Me yoga classes, YogaBuddies, LLC can help with our yoga for kids programs. Our certified yoga instructor offers semi-private and private yoga classes that specialize in teaching kids yoga and meditation techniques. We also offer yoga training for individuals who want to become a yoga instructor. If you need a yoga DVD, take a look at our kids yoga video so that your child can practice yoga at home. We will happy instruct a yoga class throughout the Los Angeles area, including the cities of Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Torrance, Palos Verdes, Playa Del Rey, Westchester, Carson, and Hawthorne.
