"Centripetal CrossFit began with one coach guiding a group of neighbors towards their physical goals outside in a park. From that beginning, we have earned a reputation for providing effective individual growth, while maintaining a safe and fun community. The Centripetal CrossFit community consists of a broad range of abilities and ages. The guiding principle of our training is to help you to responsibly achieve your BHAGS (Big Hairy Audacious Goals!) Our gym is in a partnered space with Flatirons Physical Therapy in the Erie Commons retail center."
