Southeastern PT provides the physical rehabilitation needs of patients, their physicians, and the community with quality, comprehensive, and timely service in a caring environment through the personalized attention of a committed staff. The practice offers orthopedic therapy, neck and back rehabilitation, sports medicine, manual therapy, neurological rehabilitation, pediatrics, as well as workers compensation including functional capacity evaluations and work conditioning.
