Here is a cut-and-paste of the same review I've put up in a couple other places, for consistency's sake: I took my mower in for a tune-up, and after three weeks was called and they wanted to charge me more than twice the agreed-upon price. I had specifically told them to advise me of any increases (for parts and additional labor) and they just chose not to.
