This review is coming from a person that has done various work-out classes until now. I totally love my kickboxing class. You get a complete workout, a workout that is tough but ohh so good. You will see final results by just looking at your body and the way you will, its a feeling of accomplishment. I have lost 30 pounds on this work and I am sure I will end up losing more weight and build nice muscle. The trainers are excellent, the trainer walk around during your workout to make sure you are doing the particular excesise correctly to avoid injury. Dominic is my fav
