i had a gas valve replaced. they visited my house, which is out of town, four times because they couldn't get the right part ordered. then charged me for all the trips and the extra parts they ordered. they got my furnace fixed but it took a week and a half and i had to come three hours late to work three times. when my bill came all it had was the total. when i called to get an itemized bill the lady was VERY rude. I won't be calling C & C ever again. even if they're the only place in mcpherson county.
