Fine place to live. Good floor plans. For the square footage, rent was a good value. Problems? Sure. If you want luxury, go pay for luxury. I regretted taking such good care of my unit upon move out. It simply wasn't worth the hassle and headache trying to get them to be reasonable on returning deposit. Go directly to Steve, the owner, with problems. He's a decent man and cares about his property and reputation. Be smart like I did, and document everything. Make videos, keep receipts, and all correspondence with the office needs to be done in writing.
