Do not do business with Owen Basement and Foundation Repair. While stationed in Wisconsin for 4 years with the Army, I had hired a management company to manage my home. The management company e-mailed me in 2012 and told me I had a crack in my porch and recommended Owen Basement and Foundation Repair. I sent $6500 to the management company to have the repairs made. Owen did not perform the work to city code and get a city permit or a required engineer report at time of the work. Owen obtained a city permit approximately a year after the work was complete.
