Like Sassygogo said in her (assuming female)review, ask any and all questions! Also, do NOT buy until you have at least done a NADA Report on the home you are looking at! A certified appraisal would be best, but I understand that is considerably more expensive. With my experience from this place it would be well worth your time and money to do so. Just be CARFEFUL!
