After obtaining 3 bids I contracted Buffat Plumbing to repair the exterior sewer plumbing at my home. Upon presenting me with a contract, the estimator increased the price $100 and changed the agreement from finish grading and sowing grass seed for the relevant trench to backfill trench and let settle. I wanted the job done and regretfully agreed to the new terms. If I were not disabled, I could have done the plumbing myself. The basic plumbing repair was incomplete.
