I bought a Broyhill sofa and chair and a Berkline recliner. These were NOT inexpensive! The sofa piping became "tattered", and I was told that was "normal" along with the thread that protruded from the fabric! The recliner had to be serviced TWICE, and when we asked about exchanging it for a more comfortable one (easily within a couple of weeks of purchase) we were told the "warranty" didn't cover exchanging it, but that they would come fix it. They came and added stuffing, and the chair was MORE uncomfortable than before! The service at this Big Sandy SUCKED!
