Bought a mattress and box spring "70% off" at Sleep Outfitters for my 92 year old mother, who weighs about 110 lbs. Within one week, there was a noticeable dip/indentation in the middle of the bed, and an obvious bulge on one side. I went to the store, talked to the manager, and got info on "next steps" (deal with headquarters). I spoke to headquarters, was sent a long questionnaire to fill out, including numerous serial numbers, measurements, etc. before they would come out and inspect. Sent inspectors about a week later.
