My car broke down on the side of the road and I left the key under the mat and the car unlocked. I called this so-called Payless Towing and they told me that they would tow my car for $65 to a location. I told them the car was unlocked and the key was under the mat since I was on the side of the road and someone came and picked me up. Once "Paymore" got the car on their truck they told me they were going to charge me another $15 because Joe had to unlock the door.
