At 0200 one night, I had to bring my very sick dog to this vet. I was "greeted" by a cold, rude, and uncommunicative person and told to wait ten minutes. One-half hour later, the cruel and mentally disturbed vet, Dan Terhaar, walked in, and proceeded to patronize, belittle, and de-humanize me. His icy stare, and creepy demeanor really scared me, and I asked him to stop patronizing me. He actually stood up and said, "I'm done!" And he made me leave without ever treating my sick dog.
