Went to purchase some paint for moulding in my diy kitchen remodel. Gail, who actually works in contractor sales was working at the paint center. She was graciously waiting on a few customers and assured me that she would be helping me in just a few minutes. I was so impressed that she was very interested in the projects that I had already done in my kitchen and gave her full attention to helping me select just the right color I needed for some moulding in the room.
