Our church was hosting family members after a funeral service. Our food committee chairman had been told that the family would prefer a light lunch of sandwiches, chips, etc. be served following the service. Since the service was being held on Friday after Thanksgiving Day and at 11 AM, the chairman thought that she should go by Subway in DeQuincy and pre-order enough sandwich trays to feed at least 50 people. It was already late in the afternoon and she lives 5 miles out of DeQuincy, so by the time she arrived at the shop, the doors were closed and locked and the employ
