My beloved Samson had to be brought to the vet for a swollen leg. When we arrived, they saw him immediately and said the best thing was for overnight stay with meds and then surgery the next day.We decided that would be best so we call the next day,they had not done the surgery yet but would call back to let us know when it was done.3:00 pm we call and the person on the phone says " we have had other emergencies so we have not gotten to him" The whole purpose for the overnight was so he could get the operation because it was an emergency. Then they start backtracking saying
