Review
On 20 Jun 2009 I (Neville P. D'Arcy) arrived at the FTA,2935 E. Texas St, BC, LA 71111 at 6:40AM. I did so in order to insure I would be the first customer, which I was. Three other customers arrived prior to the store opening at 7AM. I was the first customer through the door and was served by Jimmie Hatfield(a new employee who processed my paperwork in a friendly and professional manner. Also processing other customers was Joel Jackson, Service Mgr. I sat down and about an hour later I noticed that my car was still sitting in the parking lot while the three others who came
