Hurricane Gustav - this was a time when neighbors and businesses (most of them) got together to help each other cope. Not this hardware store. Purchased a chainsaw to the tune of nearly $400.00 and it was defective. When I went back to the store to exchange it, the manage smugly told me "No returns - it's our policy" - Jesus H Christ - we just experienced a hurricane and I wasn't RETURNING it, I wanted one that WORKED and had the proper chains and accessories so I could cut my trees!
