The owner claims that their repair is "100% guaranteed." This is completely untrue. My crack spread (it happens) and I called Andrew to ask about the "guarantee." He was nice at 1st telling me that he would "get back to me." I called a total of 3 times to get this problem fixed before it got worse. Well, 2 months later no follow up and I went to someone else to get it repaired.
