I went to Dr. Nugent in August 08 for a series of Facet injections. I had my first one and the rest of the scheduled appointments I called and cancel ahead of time because I had a new position and could not miss work for the first six months. I canceled well ahead of time and the staff person I spoke to DID not cancel the appointments and I became a NO SHOW. This supposedly triggered a committee, which included the doctor, to make a decision NOT to treat me because of my no shows. I NEVER had a no show. Front staff did not do their job and I am being blamed for it and
