I contracted this shady company for a job for $25k. The sales person, Scott, did not properly document my needs and while installing the job, they said that they would need to do additional work. I expressly stated I did not want to spend much more than I already had and I was assurd by the owner, Allan, that I didn't need to worry. When the job was done, they came to me with a bill for an additional $3k which is a 12% increase in the total job cost.
