These people are very dishonest. I will not be taking another piece of furniture to them to be reupholstered and I suggest that someone seeking an upholstery service look elsewhere. I took a 50's club chair to be reupholstered at Interior Decorators Upholstery. Before I took the chair in, I spoke with them on the phone and emailed with them and sent them several photos of the chair, and they gave me a solid price quote via email/phone. I purchased the amount of fabric they told me I would need (I purchased the fabric from Crate and Barrel, not them) and hauled the chair
