At the customer service desk we exchanged 2 winning lotto tickets totaling $65.00 and exchanged a $3.00 lotto ticket for another $3.00 worth of Mass Cash. The customer service representative hands us the ticket and $45.00 and we stepped away maybe three steps then returned to state she gave us the wrong amount. The lady was immediately on the defense with my wife and refused to provide us our money. They stated we should not have walked away like it was our fault that she cannot count.
