I have been using Mansfield Fabric Care for almost 2 years now. Up until recently they have done an alright job. Other than the normal missing button or chipped button I had no serious problems. This past week I brought two shirts in for cleaning and when I went to wear them they were both ripped. One looked like it was mangled by a lawn mower. When I asked what was going on they started making excuses and said they rejected the clothes because they were damaged before cleaning. They never replaced the damaged clothes.
