The Vet that I had used for many years decided about a year and a half ago to sell his practice and retire. I had to make a choice of looking for a new Vet or continuing to go where I had taken my pets over the years.. I decided since all my dog's records were there, I'd give the new Vet a try, so I took my little Shih Tzu back to ELC Veterinary Clinic( which is located at 832 E.
