DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!! I booked a vacation through this travel agency back in January. I checked my credit card statement a month after the trip was completed, and saw that I had an additional $25 charge from Colony Travel. I called Colony and was told that this was a charge for using the 24 Hour Emergency Hotline the day before I was to leave for Mexico I potentially had to change my flight due to prior travel complications). They deemed this call not to be an emergency and thus charged me the fee. However, NOWHERE in my paperwork does it say that ther
