I read these old reviews and I don't even recognize 122 Chestnut in them. 122 Chestnut an historic apartment building located in Springfield's arts district - The Apremont Historic District. It's located within close walking distance of the Club Quarter, the Quadrangle Museums, and the Central Business District - not to mention the artists' communities around Apremont. In the last few years, the character of this area has changed. It wasn't bohemian or artsy or LGBT people even 5 years ago - it didn't have any of the coffeeshops and artists co-ops it
