Our experience was wonderful. We got all the wedding favors for our special day. Waterford chamapaign flutes were engraved with our names and wedding date. The favors were chopstick sets with our manes on one, and the date on the other. Now, that was 240 pair! Lastly, we selected sterling silver picture frames for our parents. I was so surprised at the selection of brand names they carry. We were able to get all the things we nedded. EGO worked with us on everything. They took the time and care to explain each engraving process (apparently there are 3-4 types)and helped us
