Came here looking for a bike for my 12 year old who is getting invovled in off road riding as well as family rides. The owner asked what type of riding we expected to do and offered some suggestions. There was a good selection of bikes, but nothing that she really liked. (There were also some end of the season discounts.) The owner showed us the catalogue of bikes he could order, and after she picked one out, he ordered it. Didn't try to "up-sell" and was very helpful and patient.
