I have a grandmother who has been going to this shop for over 15-20 years. I had even been encouraged (back then) to buy a car from them, so I bought a Toyota Corolla at the time. My interactions with them seemed cordial enough. Things have definitely changed. Most of the people in my family now feel that Dick's was shaking them down over the years and stopped using their services as a result. My grandmother has continued to use their services despite the repeated warnings of the rest of the family. My guess is that she has just been doing what is comfortable to her. T
