I just had a horrible experience with them. The owner named Sulma (her husband's name is Jonathan) is a scary person. She ruined my jacket, which costs $385 before tax by washing it instead of dry cleaning. The size of the jacket shrank so that I can't wear it any ore. May be I should give it to my dog now. Also, the quality of the fabric changed too. When I called her about it, she denied everything, laughed (literally) at me and hung up on me. When I called her back, I only reached a fax machine. Any suggestions? Thanks!
