I dropped off my daughter's clarinet (to be re-padded) on a Wednesday at the Music & Arts store in the Portofino shopping center of Conroe, TX. Re-padding takes about 1 hour, so when we agreed it would be ready by the following Monday, I assumed they were backed up; but felt sure it would be ready then.
